What is a tarot reading?
Tarot readings uses a deck of symbolic cards to explore themes, patterns, and possibilities in your life. Tarot is a tool for reflection, clarity, and understanding, not a prediction of fate.
What can I ask during a reading?
Anything that matters to you. Common topics include:
- Love/relationships
- Work/career decisions
- Money/Finances
- Family/home life
- Personal growth and spirituality
Do tarot readings predict the future?
Tarot doesn’t predict a fixed future. Instead, it highlights energies, patterns, and potential paths based on where you are right now.
What tarot can do is reveal the direction in which things are currently heading (like reading the weather – this is what the clouds suggest). It can also help you understand your role in shaping what comes next.
How should I prepare for my reading?
You don’t need to do anything special. However, you may find it helpful to:
- Reflect on what you want clarity on
- Write down questions or topics
- Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore
Can you read for me if I don’t have a specific question?
Yes, but it’s best to come with at least an idea of which area of your life you want to explore: career, finances, home, etc. Identifying timelines (e.g. over the next month) also helps to clarify the reading.
How long is a typical reading?
Reading lengths vary depending on the service you choose. Options may include 15-minute or 30-minute sessions, or extended deep-dive sessions up to an hour.
Do you offer virtual readings?
Yes. Tarot readings are available online via video (Zoom), voice call or written email format – whichever you prefer.
Can you tell me if something bad is going to happen?
No. Tarot is not used to predict tragedies, guarantee outcomes, or replace professional advice. Our readings focus on empowerment and understanding, not fear-based messages.
Are tarot readings confidential?
Yes, completely. Anything discussed during your session stays private.
Can I book a reading for someone else?
Yes. Gift certificates and tarot reading packages are available if you’d like to offer a reading to someone special.

Do you give legal, financial, or medical advice?
No. Tarot readings offer intuitive and emotional guidance but do not replace the advice of licensed professionals.

How do I earn points?
For every $1 you spend on a tarot reading, you earn 20 points. So a $10 reading gives you 200 points, a $20 reading gives you 400 points, and a $30 reading gices you 600 points.
How many points do I need to get a free session?
Points can be converted to gift cards. Here are the points needed to get a free gift card:
- 800 points — $10 gift card (=15-minute session)
- 1,000 points — $20 gift card (=30-minute session or two 15-minute sessions)
- 1,200 points — $50 gift card (=45 minute session +$20 that can be redeemed for another session)
Can I redeem points/gift cards for any reading?
Yes! Once you reach the appropriate number of points, you can redeem them for a gift card that can be applied to any reading – 15, 30 or 45 minutes.
Do points expire?
Points don’t expire for active members. If your account is inactive members for 12 or more months, expiry will be at SNT’s discretion.
How do I redeem points?
Points are redeemed by converting them to a gift card. Simply go to the SNT booking page, click the menu icon (hamburger symbol) at the top right of the page, and select Products.
Once you achieve the minimum required number of points, the Select by Points button will appear on the gift card page.
Can I combine a gift card with a credit card payment?
Yes! If you’re close to a free reading, you can use your gift card and pay the outstanding amount using your credit card.
