Tarot Reading Refund and Cancellation
At Saturday Night Tarot (SNT), our goal is to provide clear, compassionate, and meaningful readings. Because tarot readings are a time-based and personalized service, the following tarot reading refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness and clarity for everyone.
Tarot Reading Cancellation
- 24-hour notice required: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): Because your time slot has been reserved specifically for you, cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. You may request to reschedule once as a courtesy, based on availability.
- No-shows: If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the service is considered completed and is non-refundable.
Tarot Reading Refund
- Completed readings are non-refundable: Once your reading has been delivered (live, recorded or sent via email), no refunds can be issued due to the personalized nature of the service.
- Technical issues: If a reading cannot be delivered due to technical problems on my end, you will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.
- Customer technical issues:
If you experience technical issues on your end, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session once. Refunds are not guaranteed.Taro
Subscriptions
- Subscription plans may be canceled at any time, but tarot reading refunds are not issued for unused sessions. Any remaining sessions can still be booked within the subscription period.
- Expired or unused sessions do not roll over.
Processing Time
- Approved tarot reading refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
