The purpose of these Tarot Reading Terms of Service (ToS) is to clearly define what our tarot services are and, more importantly, what they are not. They are meant to protect you (the client) by establishing expectations and creating a transparent, respectful relationship.
- Tarot readings are offered as a form of spritual insight and personal reflection. They are intended to help you explore your thoughts, emotions and choices, not to predict or guarantee specific future events.
- I am not a psychic, clairvoyant, licensed therapist, financial advisor, attorney or medical professional. Tarot readings do not replace professional advice or treatment in any area including health, finance, law or mental well-being. If you have concerns in these areas, please consult a qualified professional.
- I don’t answer questions about death, illness, legal matters, gambling or lottery numbers, sports outcomes or politics.
- I don’t answer questions about another person’s feelings, intents or personal affairs. A tarot reading is solely about the client.
- I may refuse to do a reading if I feel that you are in an emotional or vulnerable state (including being impaired by alcohol or other substances, illicit or not).
- I only deliver readings to adults 18 years of age and over.
- You are responsible for your own life choices and actions. The reading reflects possible energies or perspectives but you remain in full control of the decisions you make afterwards.
- All tarot readings are kept private and confidential unless disclosure is required by law (for example, in cases of harm or danger). Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
- All tarot readings are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
- This tarot reading service is offered for information, entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. By booking or participating in a tarot reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Tarot Reading Terms of Service and you release the reader from any liability for actions you choose to take following your session.
